Fellow pro-gun Ohioans,
Here at the end of 2017 we have reached the halfway point in the 2-year Ohio 132nd General Assembly.  We have made some progress but a great deal of work remains.
Just last week the House Federalism and Interstate Relations Committee introduced a substitute to House Bill 228 (one of the bills that removes the duty to retreat, among other things).  As always, OFCC carefully reads over the substitute language to make sure that nobody is trying to pull a fast one on us.  In this case, it looks like all of the changes are positive for gun owners.  Read a comparison of the items added with sub-HB228 here:
